HPP Twin Turbo Kit
2003-2004 Mustang Cobra
The most powerful twin turbo kit on the market bar none! This kit features your choice of Precision T4 based turbos, ranging from 57-61mm. Larger or smaller turbos can be exchanged for your specific setup.

The kit comes standard with twin Turbosmart 38mm wastegates, a 50mm Turbosmart Raceport Blow Off Valve, 1300 HP capable bar and plate intercooler, custom power steering lines/bracket, HPP Custom EVAC Kit, and a sheetmetal coolant reservior. These parts utilize top quality raw materials to produce some of the finest parts on the market today.

Our "Hot" side consists of tubular headers with thick 3/8" Header flanges and 1 5/8" primaries. These feed the 2.5" charge pipes to the Precision turbos. These charge pipes also feed the Turbosmart wastegates which are recirculated into the downpipes for a clean, quiet install. The kit also features true 3" downpipes with cutouts standard. The mid pipes are available with or without Magnaflow/Carsound high flow catalytic converters to maintain emissions friendly driving. This entire hot side features V-Band connections to ensure a leak free system. All of our turbo kits piping is run "above" the K-Member and A-Arms for absolutely zero loss in ground clearance! All "Hot" sides are 100% TIG welded, Ceramic Coated in your choice of silver or black, and made in the USA.

The "Cold" side your choice of bare aluminum or coated mild steel 2.5" charge tubing and 3.5" discharge tubing. The aluminum is a great weight saver for any racer looking for losing extra weight. Either choice is 100% TIG welded and made in the USA.
